This website is operated by Mynas Recycling Pty Limited ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Baansri. We provide online practice mock exams for students preparing for Year 7 grammar-school and selective-school entrance tests. You can contact us at mynasre.ai@gmail.com. These Terms & Conditions apply from the date the site was first published and are updated from time to time.

By creating an account, sitting a mock exam or otherwise using Baansri, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Baansri is designed for students preparing for school entrance exams. Users under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian review and accept these terms on their behalf. The adult who creates or approves the account is responsible for the student's use of the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Baansri offers timed, multiple-choice and written-expression practice questions styled after common Australian entrance-exam formats. We are an independent preparation tool.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by any grammar school, selective school, ACER, AAS, Edutest, HAST or any other testing authority. Questions and reports are practice material only and do not guarantee performance on any real exam.

Mock exam content, explanations and coaching notes are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and reviewed by us before publication. Despite our review, AI-generated material may occasionally contain errors, outdated wording, or explanations that do not match a particular school's current syllabus or the precise wording of an official paper.

You should treat Baansri as a practice aid, not as an authoritative source of exam questions, curriculum, admissions policy or official scoring methodology. Always cross-check important facts with the target school or the relevant test provider.

The service depends on internet connectivity, third-party hosting and cloud AI services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may pause the service for maintenance, updates or factors outside our control.

We collect only the personal information needed to run the service: your name, email address, account details, test attempts and answers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We protect your data using industry-standard measures including encrypted data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), row-level access controls in the database, hashed passwords, and least-privilege access for our backend systems. We back up certain records to a connected cloud storage provider so that progress is not lost.

We keep your personal information and test history for up to 12 months after your last activity, or until you delete your account, whichever is earlier. After that period, we delete or anonymise the data except where we are required to keep it by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mynas Recycling Pty Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Baansri. This includes but is not limited to: reliance on answers or explanations, lost marks, missed school admissions opportunities, device or data loss, or service interruption.

Where a non-excludable guarantee applies under Australian consumer law or any other applicable law, our liability is limited — at our option — to re-supplying the affected service or refunding the amount paid for that service, if any.

You agree that your use of Baansri is at your own risk and that you are responsible for verifying that your preparation strategy meets the requirements of your target school and exam.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia, except where mandatory local laws require otherwise.

If you access Baansri from outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available in every location.

All content on Baansri — including questions, explanations, reports, branding, graphics and software — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may use it for personal study only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from our content.

Test providers' names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our use of those names is nominative only, to identify the format we are mimicking.

We may add, modify or remove features, tests or content at any time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
